Terms of the floor.

Rules for accounts, live bidding, payment, title release, buyer conduct, and dispute handling on Auction Circle LLC.

These Terms govern your access to the Auction Circle LLC platform. By creating an account, browsing the catalogue, or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01 / The Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. Lot-specific conditions apply in addition to these Terms and control for that lot if there is a conflict.

02 / Your Account

You must be at least eighteen years old, legally able to contract, and responsible for all activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to office@circle365.com.

03 / Bidding Rules

  • Every bid is a binding offer to purchase the lot at the bid amount.
  • Proxy bids may bid in increments on your behalf up to your maximum.
  • Buy Now, where shown, can close the lot immediately.
  • The highest bid at close, if at or above reserve, wins the lot.
  • If reserve is not met, the lot does not sell.

04 / Payment

Winning buyers receive an invoice. Payment is due in cleared funds within the stated window. Late payment may create storage, carrying, relisting, or account consequences.

05 / Title and Risk

Title and risk transfer according to the lot conditions after cleared payment and lender release requirements. Storage windows and fees are shown where applicable.

06 / As-Is Sale

All lots are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. Photos, descriptions, and odometer readings are provided for general information and should be reviewed before bidding.

07 / Prohibited Conduct

  • No bids without intent and ability to pay.
  • No collusion, shared accounts, fake identities, scraping abuse, or platform bypassing.
  • No use of the service for unlawful activity.

08 / Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts described by applicable lot terms and platform rules. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

09 / Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws stated in the operative sale documents and platform policies. Venue and dispute procedures follow those documents.

10 / Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions go to legal@circle365.com.
