Who can bid?
Verified buyers who complete account, phone, email, and ID review can place live bids or use Buy Now. Guests can browse and watch the floor.
What is proxy bidding?
Enter your maximum and the system bids in increments only as needed, never beyond your limit.
What happens after I win?
You receive confirmation and invoice details, then the desk guides payment, title release, pickup, transport, and delivery.
Do I need to pay before release?
Yes. Repossessed and lender-owned vehicles are released after cleared payment and title/lien processing requirements.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping starts after payment clears. Timing depends on route, carrier availability, vehicle size, and delivery location.
